Calalas Cup - Gold Edition

After the excitement of the Dragon League – Gold Edition, it’s time for the second stop of the Clash Royale League 2025: the Calalas Cup – Gold Edition!
Brought to you by Calalas Esports, a Latin American community known for its passion and dedication to Clash Royale, this Event is set to bring the heat once again, featuring top-tier talent and high-stakes matches with a Golden Ticket and a Silver Ticket on the line.
Here’s everything you need to know about this Event.
FORMAT
The Calalas Cup – Gold Edition is the second official Golden Ticket Event of the 2025 CRL season, and like the Dragon League, the competition is divided into 3 main phases:

1. Path of Legends
At the end of the in-game season tied to this event, the top 1,000 players on the Path of Legends leaderboard will qualify for the Event Qualifiers.
- These players will receive an email at the address linked to their Supercell ID, including a link to join the CRL Discord server.
- To receive your Discord invite for the Event, make sure you’ve enabled marketing emails in your Supercell ID settings. Just toggle on Receive news and updates and check Clash Royale under email preferences. That way, you'll be sure to get all the important info straight to your inbox.
2. Event Qualifiers
The 1,000 qualified players will compete across 2 days of intense online play:
- Swiss Stage
- Players will face off in 9 Swiss rounds.
- The top 32 players will advance to the next day.
- Matches will be played using the In-game Duels format.
- Group Stage
- The 32 remaining players will be divided into four groups of 8.
- The top 3 from each group will move on to the Event Finals.
- The 1st place in each group will receive a bye in the first round of the upper bracket.
- All matches will be played in Bo3 Manual Duels.
3. Event Finals
12 players will compete in a double-elimination bracket across 2 days:
- Day 1
- Includes the first and second rounds of the Upper Bracket and Lower Bracket.
- All matches will be played in Bo3 Manual Duels.
- Day 2
- Features the Upper Bracket Semifinals, Lower Bracket Semifinals, all played in Bo3 Manual Duels.
- The key matches, both Upper & Lower Bracket Finals, and the Grand Final, will be played in Bo5 Manual Duels.
- If the Lower Bracket finalist wins the first Grand Final, a Bracket Reset will be played to determine the champion.
CRL POINTS
Players who reach the Event Qualifiers & Event Finals will also earn CRL Points based on their final standing.

WHAT’S AT STAKE
The Event Champion will claim the second Golden Ticket of the 2025 season, securing direct qualification for the CRL World Finals, which will take place from October 31st to November 2nd at DreamHack Atlanta (all info HERE).
The runner-up will earn a Silver Ticket, granting access to the Last Chance Qualifier.
PRIZE POOL
In addition, a total of $50,000 is on the line, with prizing distributed among the top 12 players as follows:
