Introducing the Dreamhack 2023 season!
Three regular events with offline finals leading the very best players to a Grand Final in Valencia. The Dreamhack 2023 season is here!
We're excited to present a series of four tournaments held in multiple Iberian cities! It all starts with the online qualifiers open to everyone, granting that you’ll have the chance to compete for a share of the €70,000 prize pool!
Each of the four events will be hosted at DreamHack gaming festivals:
- Iberian International Dreamhack Andorra (May 20th)
- Iberian International Dreamhack Valencia Summer (July 6th to 9th)
- Iberian International Dreamhack Madrid Autumn (October 7th)
- Iberian International Dreamhack Valencia Winter Grand Finals (December 7th to 10th) The Andorra, Valencia Summer and Madrid Autumn events will feature:
- 6 players through online qualifiers
- 2 players through offline qualifiers
The Valencia Winter Grand Finals will feature:
- The 6 top-ranked players from the previous tournaments
- One player coming from an online Last Chance Qualifier
- One player coming from an offline Last Chance Qualifier
ONLINE QUALIFIERS Phase 1 A total of fifteen 1000-player in-game tournaments will be held (three per day) For each tournament, the 16 best players will be placed in a Single Elimination Bracket with the Top 4 advancing to Phase 2. The Andorra Qualifiers are just ahead! They will be held between April 17th and April 21st. Check out the Andorra Qualifiers calendar:
- April 17th: Rich Slaton (15:00 UTC); BigSpin (17:00 UTC); Drekzenn (20:00 UTC)
- April 18th: RevolAimar (15:00 UTC); IamJP (17:00 UTC); Artube (22:00 UTC)
- April 19th: Surgical Goblin (13:00 UTC); Ouahleouff (19:00 UTC); Pompeyo (21:00 UTC)
- April 20th: Bale (13:00 UTC); JuicyJ (17:00 UTC); DC System (19:00 UTC)
- April 21st: Rush (12:00 UTC); Kashman (17:00 UTC); SrTumbao (21:00 UTC);
Main Phases
- Phase 2: Swiss Tournament
- Phase 3: Group Stage (Top 32 from Phase 2 will be divided into 8 groups of 4 players. Top 2 players from each group advance to Phase 4)
- Phase 4: Double Elimination Bracket of 16 Players (Top 6 qualifies for the Offline Finals!)
OFFLINE QUALIFIERS
The offline qualifiers will also feature a 1,000-person in-game tournament, where the top 16 players will advance to a single elimination bracket. From there, the two finalists will qualify for the main competition!
Prize distribution at each Dreamhack circuit event is as follows:
Andorra, DreamHack Valencia Summer & Go2DreamHack Autumn Madrid
- 1st: €7,500
- 2nd: €3,000
- 3rd: €1,500
- 4th: €1,000
- 5th-8th: €500
Dreamhack Valencia Winter Grand Finals:
- 1st: €10,000
- 2nd: €5,000
- 3rd: €3,500
- 4th: €2,500
- 5th-8th: €1,000
